These examples demonstrate the effect of using multiple adjustments to enhance or transform a specific image.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Basic Enhancement was used to correct the tonal values and remove the color cast in the face and hat. Next, a Sun adjustment was added to minimize the shadows in the girl’s face. A Dreamy Glow was used to blend the facial tones. Finally, a Blur Vignette and slight Dark Edges were added to draw the eye to the subject.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Basic Enhancement was used to correct the overall contrast and bring back detail. The image was converted to Black and White and toned with a sepia cast. Increased Color and Contrast was used to redefine overall contrast and Deep Night, Blur Vignette and Dark Edges were used to draw the eye to the center.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Basic Enhancement was used to correct tonal values and improve contrast. Increased Color and Contrast was used to add vibrancy and saturation to the colors in the stone and wood. Color Stylize was used to further define the color of the stone and a slight Blur Vignette was added to the edges. Finally, Dark Edges was used to add a traditional darkroom vignette.
