The laws of Washington State where ShutterSharp operates shall govern these terms and conditions. When you use this site, send a photo or place an order you are agreeing to these terms.

ShutterSharp will work diligently with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. You may, where appropriate, ask to review a digital proof of the image created. Once the proof is accepted there will be no refund. In the event that you are unable to accept the proof, you will not be liable for any prints ordered but not yet produced or work not yet started. Your photo will be returned to you by first Class Mail with no shipping charges. You agree that you will not hold ShutterSharp, its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the failure of ShutterSharp, its agents or employees to meet any expectations by you that may be unattainable due to the state of the submitted images, when the time required to achieve the desired result exceeds the time purchased or for any other reason. ShutterSharp will make every effort, after reviewing your images, to provide an accurate estimation of the time necessary to achieve the desired result and to fulfill your wishes. If additional time is required we will obtain confirmation before proceeding.

Returned checks: There will be a $30 fee added for returned checks.

You agree that all billing or shipping information that you submit is accurate.

The safeguarding of property and materials while in our care is a foremost objective. ShutterSharp assumes no responsibility to customer for any loss of, or damage to, customer’s negatives, positives, artwork, digital files or other customer supplied materials, computer systems or data. Customer agrees that under no circumstances shall ShutterSharp be liable for any consequential damages arising out of or relating to any such loss or damage. Customer also acknowledges that performance of the service under the terms of this agreement establishes a course of dealing between parties for the purpose of any future agreements for service.

ShutterSharp reserves the right to modify this site and the terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site or service will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Every effort is made to ensure the information on this site is true and accurate but errors and inaccuracies may occur. Corrections and modifications may be made at any time without notice. ShutterSharp has the right to suspend or terminate any account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services.

PRIVACY: No e-mail addresses or personal information submitted will be shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes. This information may be used by ShutterSharp to notify users of services or products that may be of interest.

By submitting a photo the sender states that they have copyright ownership or the necessary permissions. ShutterSharp cannot be held liable for persons infringing on these laws. Note that once we have created a new image, ShutterSharp is the copyright owner of that image and it may not be used for any commercial purpose without consent. We may use your photo for promotional purposes but will not if you object to its use. No item or image or on this site may be reproduced for any purpose by anyone. All rights reserved.
